Lego® Club

Lego® ClubHey Master Builders!  Join us on the first Monday of the month from 3:00-4:30pm.

Ages 4 & Up!  Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.  Lego® pieces are provided.

The library holds several Art Night programs throughout the year for children ages 4 & up. Watch our Facebook page or website for program dates & times.

Storytime

storytime%20edited_0[1]Miss Amy's Preschool Storytime for children ages 3-5 is held most Wednesdays (during the school year) at 1:30pm.  Programs usually last about 30 minutes and feature stories, songs, fingerplays, and crafts.   Registration is not required.

Miss Molly's Musical Storytime for children ages 0-3 is held on alternate Saturdays (during the school year) at 10:30am.  Programs usually last less than 30 minutes.  Registration is not required.

Summer Reading Program

AK-08Rainbow City Public Library sponsors an annual summer reading program for all ages including free weekly programs for children ages 12 & under.

Registration is required and usually begins in mid-May. Programs are free and open to all who meet the requirements.

Read 1000 Books Before Kindergarten!

Read 1000 books to your child before kindergarten!

Stop by the library to pick up a free reading log and start reading! You can count books checked out from the library or books from your own collection.  If you read a book multiple times, each time counts.  You may also count each RCPL book you read towards prizes in our Rainbow Reading Buddies Program!
