Storytime is held most Wednesdays beginning in September and concluding in mid-May.  Children ages 3-5 may attend a program at 11:00am or 1:30pm.  (The same program is held at 2 different times.)  Programs usually last about 30 minutes and feature stories, songs, fingerplays, and crafts.

Rainbow Reading Buddies
This program is designed to instill a love of reading as well as promote library use among preschoolers.  The program involves a simple commitment to read library books at home with a "Reading Buddy."  Children are rewarded with a prize from the library's treasure chest for every 15 library books read August through May.  Pick up a reading log to record the library books you read to your child. Each completed reading log may be returned for a prize.
